Jules was born in San Diego but when she was a kid moved to Northern Virginia. At age five she announced to her older brothers that she would grow up to be "a scientist or a rock star." Chasing the second dream, she performed musically on school, church, and community stages. Later on she became enthralled with the theater, film and performance art world in New York City.... and so she began honing her craft at some of the city's best acting schools & workshops and finished her BA degree from Columbia University. She has returned to her southern California roots and now lives in Los Angeles.


BITS & PIECES
*Jules loves to paint and draw... She has a collection of "found" artwork, most of it from Brooklyn and Rio

*She has a tremendous passion for the environment. During college she lived in Brazil for a couple of months and helped scientists research a "buffer" system to preserve remaining fragments of the rainforest. Because of her familiarity with Spanish, Portuguese and French, she almost took a job as a butterfly tourguide in the Amazon!

*A former nationally-ranked distance runner... She ran 3k, 2-mile and 5k races... Competed for Duke University's top-10 NCAA Division I Cross Country Team

*Grows organic vegetables in her garden & loves cooking innovative vegan cuisine!

*She has modeled ready-to-wear, handbags, shoes & accessories for dozens of high-end designers, including Prada, Valentino, Oscar De La Renta, Ralph Lauren, Kate Spade, Nannette Lepore, and Isabella Fiore

*Jules once worked on developing a cure for colon cancer, using DNA Micro-array technology at The Institute For Genomic Research in Rockville, MD

*Jules' favorite actresses include Jennifer Jason Leigh, Jodie Foster, Martha Plimpton, and Ellen Burstyn
